Kumbaay creates handcrafted brass jewellery inspired by contemporary design and Indian craftsmanship. As each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in finish, texture, colour, or dimensions may occur. These natural differences are not manufacturing defects but are part of the uniqueness of handmade jewellery.

Product images are captured to represent the jewellery as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Kumbaay reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• Pricing or listing errors

• Product unavailability

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Payment verification issues

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

Kumbaay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
