Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn.

• In its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry.

• Gift cards.

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping, and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different design or size (where applicable), please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

• A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where available.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

Every piece is carefully inspected, securely packed, and presented in our signature packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition—ready for gifting or to be cherished from the moment it's unboxed.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

International Shipping
